By accessing or using the Money Guide Plan website (moneyguideplan.com) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy and any signed advisory agreement. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website and services.
2. Description of Services
Money Guide Plan provides financial education, planning and advisory services including: personal financial planning, financial risk management, business financial planning, investment planning & management, insurance management and cash flow management. Specific deliverables, scope and service levels are defined in the plan (Clarity, Growth or Wealth Elite) you select and any executed advisory agreement.
3. No Guarantee of Results — Investment Disclaimer
All investing involves risk, including possible loss of principal. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Projections, simulations and examples on this website are illustrative only. Money Guide Plan does not guarantee any specific return, tax outcome or financial result. Nothing on this website constitutes legal, tax or accounting advice; consult your CPA or attorney for those matters.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete and timely financial information and documents.
- Review plans, statements and recommendations, and ask questions before acting.
- Make your own final decisions regarding transactions; we advise, you decide.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your dashboard credentials.
- Notify us promptly of changes in income, goals, residency or risk tolerance.
5. Fees, Billing & Payments
Advisory fees are flat monthly amounts published on our Pricing section ($149 / $349 / $749 per month) or as stated in your advisory agreement. Fees are billed monthly in advance via your authorized payment method. There are no commissions or product-related compensation. Third-party costs (custodian fees, fund expenses, attorney fees) are separate and disclosed when applicable. All new clients receive a 30-day money-back guarantee on their first billing cycle.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time with written notice (email suffices); cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. Within your first 30 days, request a full refund of fees paid. After month one, fees are non-refundable but services continue through the paid period. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment after 7 days' notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, design, logos, the Insight Dashboard™ name, graphics, processes and downloadable materials — is the property of Money Guide Plan and protected by US copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, scrape, resell or redistribute content without written permission. Clients receive a limited, personal license to use delivered plans for their own household or business.
8. Acceptable Use of the Website
You agree not to: (a) submit false, misleading or fraudulent form data; (b) attempt to breach, scan or overload our systems; (c) use automated bots to harvest content (spam honeypot fields are monitored); (d) impersonate any person or entity; or (e) use the site for any unlawful purpose. Violations may result in termination of access and legal action.
9. Third-Party Services
We may coordinate with custodians, insurers, banks, CPAs and attorneys selected by you. These parties operate under their own agreements and we are not liable for their acts, omissions or fees. Images on this site are licensed royalty-free from Pexels; fonts are served by Google Fonts.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Money Guide Plan's total aggregate liability arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits or market losses resulting from factors beyond our reasonable control.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Money Guide Plan, its owners, advisors and employees from claims arising from your misuse of the website, provision of false information, or violation of these Terms or applicable law.
12. Communications & Electronic Consent
By providing your email or phone number, you consent to receive service-related communications and, where opted in, our newsletter. You may withdraw marketing consent anytime via the unsubscribe page. Message and data rates may apply for SMS where offered.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend website access or an advisory engagement for material breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where continued service would violate law or regulation, with notice where practicable. Sections 3, 7, 10, 11 and 14 survive termination.
14. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; unresolved disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. The revised version will be posted here with an updated "Last Updated" date; material changes affecting active clients will also be sent by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
